The Committee on Military moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 2967—H. B. 2967 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §30-1-23 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, to repeal §30-1B-5 and §30-1B-7 of said code, all relating to professions and occupations; and licensure provisions for individuals with military training and experience applicable to military members and their spouses.
